Independent Proteomics team uses state-of-the-art proteomics technology to support target deconvolution, disease model characterization, complete mechanism of action determination, and biomarker discovery. The proteomics team has advanced and applied analytical proteomics technology to provide information on broad biological context of targets and drug mechanisms based on unbiased analysis of protein expression and phosphorylation, and functional analysis tools.
- Biomarker Discovery
- We run biomarker discovery program from early stages of drug discovery through in-depth proteomics approaches. Proteomic profiling of plasma or tissue samples from animal disease models reveals detailed pharmacodynamic information on therapeutic response. This allows proteomic markers identified in animal studies to be validated in the pre-clinical setting to increase confidence in our therapeutic approach and to improve chances of success in clinical trials.
